Refund policy

We are governed by UK long distance selling regulations. We are able to accept returns upto 14 days from order, after that we are unable to accept returns unless "faulty" under current UK trading standards regualtions.

Any returns are the responsibility of the original purchaser and we advise sending via a tracked/signed for method of postage as we cannot offer refunds on items "lost in the post".
